How We Work

From form to Dutch Tax Authority approval, here's exactly how your 30% ruling application works, step by step.

1

Fill in the Form

~10 minutes

Complete our 30% ruling application form in a single session. It covers every field the Dutch Tax Authority needs: name, employer, salary, previous country, education, and the eligibility-specific questions. You can optionally upload your employment contract to auto-fill some fields. The form checks your data against the 2026 salary thresholds and distance requirements as you go.

Have these ready:

  • Employment contract (start date, salary, signed date)
  • Employer's payroll tax number (ask HR)
  • Your BSN, if you already have one
  • Your previous address abroad
  • Dates of any previous stays in the Netherlands
  • Your arrival date in the Netherlands
Upload to skip typing: upload your employment contract and we read the employer name, salary, and start date straight from it. Your BSN is never read from a document; you type it yourself.
2

Pay Securely

~2 minutes

When the form is complete, you pay via Stripe (€49 incl. VAT). One fixed fee, no hidden costs.

No cure, no pay: if the Dutch Tax Authority does not grant your ruling, we refund our €49 fee in full, whatever the reason.
3

Download Your Completed Form

Instant

Right after payment, your completed official "Verzoek loonheffingen Expatregeling" form is filled in with your details and downloads straight to your browser. No email, no waiting. Save the PDF: the download page does not keep a copy.

You download:

  • Pre-filled official Dutch Tax Authority form (PDF)
  • What to do next, including the submission address
4

Sign & Submit

10 minutes + postage

Print the form, sign it yourself, and have your employer sign. Then mail it to the Dutch Tax Authority. The download page lists the exact address and what to check before sending.

Submission address:

Dutch Tax Authority, PO Box 2865, 6401 DJ Heerlen. We recommend sending by registered mail for proof of delivery.

Deadline: Submit within 4 months of your start date for retroactive benefits.
5

Approval & Payroll Adjustment

8-12 weeks

The Dutch Tax Authority processes your application and sends a written decision. Once approved, share the approval letter with your employer's payroll department. They'll start applying the 30% tax-free allowance to your salary.

Why Choose Us

What Makes Us Different

We're not just another form-filling service. Here's what sets our 30% ruling application apart.

Built by a Dutch tax specialist

The founder works full-time on Dutch personal and corporate income tax. This is not a generic offshore form service. The form is built around edge cases like prior NL visits, gap years, and partial non-resident transitions, instead of skipping them.

Instant download

Pay €49 and download your filled Dutch Tax Authority form (LH 598-1Z61FOL ENG, 2026 edition) right away in your browser. No email, no waiting. Checked against the 2026 thresholds: €48,013 standard, €36,497 under-30 with Master's.

Upload a document, skip the typing

Upload your documents and we read the employer name, salary, and start date straight from them. Less retyping, fewer mistakes on the form.
